Coughing

As we continue another week in our busy lives; we are still in the battle against the new Coronavirus so let us do our best to keep our immune systems strong to combat this and any other virus.

There is a lot of stigma and mistreatment that comes with having a cough recently. Either people will be running away from you, turning you away, putting you out of establishments or even being violent to you. It is understandable why people are scared; however not all coughs means someone is carrying the Covid-19 virus.

Let’s not loose sight of the fact that it is still our responsibility to care for each other; whether we believe it or not. One thing we can do is to strengthen our immune systems because it is also cold and flu season. Do not forget to eat your fruits and veggies, drink 8 or more glasses of water each day, sleep, exercise, take your vitamins, wash and sanitize your hands, keep your surroundings clean and limit public appearances.Β  Have a a lovely week. πŸ˜‡πŸŒŸβ€πŸ˜‡πŸŒŸβ€πŸ˜‡
