There is a verse in the book of Galatians that says “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Galatians 6:7 (KJV) This is very true. You reap what you sow.
If you need to perfect something or yourself, all you need to do is to work at it. If you need it very bad, work even harder. Never give up, keep trying, keep practising.
Now, with that being said; the thing that will make the world of difference comes down to what you spend all that time on. Is your time spent on something productive? Something fruitful, something rewarding, something that can build you up? Something that will uplift someone else? Are you leaving a legacy for your children or the people who look up to you?
If you are spending time loosely gossiping, sitting down doing nothing, watching tv or idle and perverse videos then you are throwing your life away. If you spend time glued to social media just browsing from one platform to the next just to see some naked pictures or snapshots of pornography; to critcize someone’s picture or post; you will one day realize that the family you thought you had is gone, your job, your home and your perspective on life is gone.
A mind is too powerful to waste. Train your brain to be better. Make good use of the abilities you have, however limited you may think they are. Expand on your creativity by becoming a functional part of your home, family, community and society. In the end you would have made an impact on life and your existence would not be in vain.
